Alan Dabbs is the founder and CEO of Social Capital Group. He has 25 years of experience in social issues in the extractive industry and infrastructure. Advisor on the social conditions and risks that affect companies, designs strategies and management systems, and facilitates internal alignment for proper management. He has experience in addressing the complex social issues related to IFC's performance standards and evaluating performance. He has contributed to both corporate policies and international guidelines. Alan has worked in more than 20 countries. He has a Bachelor's degree from Davidson College in Economics and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
